Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements concluded via The Bob Corner Finds webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

We do our utmost to display our products, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Apparent errors or mistakes do not give the right to delivery or compensation.

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

3. Payment

You can pay securely with the payment methods available during checkout, including iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Orders are shipped with PostNL or a comparable carrier.

The expected delivery time is 1–3 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, the delivery time may vary.

Free shipping applies from €75, unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons, in accordance with European consumer law.

Returns must be registered in advance via the return form on our website.

The costs for returning are at the expense of the customer.

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest via the same payment method with which the order was paid.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal rights that consumers have under the applicable legislation in their country of residence.

Damage resulting from incorrect use, normal wear and tear or incorrect maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

7. Safe use and liability

Our products are designed for use by dogs. The owner is responsible for choosing a product that is suitable for the dog's size, age, health and chewing behaviour.

Dog toys are not indestructible. Check products regularly for wear or damage and replace them if necessary. Do not let your dog play unsupervised when parts can come loose or be swallowed.

The Bob Corner Finds is not liable for damage caused by improper or inappropriate use, use of a damaged product, insufficient supervision or use of a product that is not suitable for the dog concerned.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. This limitation does not apply to liability that may not be excluded under mandatory law.

8. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact our customer service. We strive to handle every complaint carefully and to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable European privacy legislation (AVG/GDPR).

10. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions and all agreements are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory provisions of the country where the consumer resides provide additional protection. These legal consumer rights remain fully in force.
