Returns

We believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order under the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must register your return within this period using the return form on our website.

Return Shipment

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

The product should be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging, as far as reasonably possible. You may assess the product as you would in a physical store.

Return Costs

The costs for returning an order are for the customer's account, unless otherwise agreed or if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return shipment, or as soon as you can demonstrate that it has been shipped, we will refund the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days at the latest.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned when the legal exception applies:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken.
Products for which the right of withdrawal is legally excluded.
